Hey David the only thing I would add for added longevity is to paint or seal the platform the barrels sit on. You will be amazed how much water end up on them

Pc rainbow really likes low light. To act get rainbow colors to show up it needs to be shaded or down real low. If it gets too much light it will turn all red my Walt Disney is getting blasted with light 500 par. With it being a tenuis, they can handle much more light IMO
