Maybe run it the other direction and have it positioned so that the pass through into the kitchen becomes the back view of the tank and you can see it from yet more angle?. Peninsula would work great for that with the "business" end toward the window. Or maybe that is what you were thinking.... can't remember how long that wall is since I only saw it once 😀

I have a lot of them... maybe just bring the shrimp over once in a while for a little eating out vacation 😀

This is interesting! Have you thought about recruiting a few folk for some testing? It might work to distribute some so people have it on hand to try when something crops up - especially if it's RTN and the response time is short. Would definitely like to hear more about this. Sorry for the hijack John 😄 I think this might be one that I got a frag from you of - it's still alive so there is hope 😀

Looking good Micah! Seems like that rock already has some nice coraline growth on it. All the plumbing work looks really nicely thought out and executed (I will call you next time I do a build 😀). BTW - it sounds like you 3D printed that algae scrubber - did you just design it around a light you wanted to use or did you have some other template to follow? I'm just now experimenting with one that Daniel built for his tank to see if it will make a difference in my phos. levels but it's not a long term solution due to its dimensions.

Saw this in person yesterday - it is a stunner! Envious of the peeps who snagged a piece (and can keep it alive).

That certainly helps identify these Brad. Otherwise it is basically reading every thread and looking for the “please close” post - which is mostly what happens.

Quick update - Jeff found the club's hand-held unit and it is at Cuttlefish and Coral now. I did a firmware update on the USB unit so it is now working again (wasn't recognized correctly in the software) and will be planning to get that back to CnC soon so it can re-enter circulation. Jeff has agreed to be the "keeper" of these units so henceforth you will be able to pick them up there (with prior approval from the management of course). This should work better for everyone as they can handle the deposits and reimbursements quickly plus you can pick up some killer livestock while you are there 😄 Please don't try and collect these from Jeff until after you have been notified that your turn is up as we need to be in communication with him to approve. Thanks all!
