I've set up a carpet anemone tank and would like to try an old school halide over it. I dug out an older 250w Aquamedic space light but the reflector is very small and I don't think its providing the spread or PAR that I'm looking for. I'm hoping someone out there has a 250w setup that includes a ballast and a decent pendant, I'm not worried about a bulb since I would expect to have to purchase a new one. I'd even be interested in just a pendant since I could probably figure out a way to get it to work with my current ballast with some splicing. Thanks.

I know this is a long shot but I thought that I would see if anyone has a carpet anemone that they would like to part with. I've set up a tank with a harem of clownfish and I'm only going to have carpet anemones to host them. I agree 100%. My corals all look better when my phosphates are above .03 and they struggle when they drop below this level.

Did you try the restart function under "net setup"? That usually gets me back to connected after a brief power outage. I should also mention that this works on an Apex Classic, I'm not sure if that's even an option on the newer ones. Also, the default admin username is "admin" and the default password is 1234 if you haven't changed it.

What type of live rock is contaminated? I don't know of any "real" live rock that has been available for many years except for the Florida gulf rock.

I have two Reefi Unos that I'm thinking about selling and was wondering if there would be any interest in them. I would like to try out the one of the new Leds like the ATI Straton, Philips Coral Care or maybe the Neptune Sky so these would be up for sale. One was delivered in late February and was was purchased in March. They are in excellent condition with absolutely nothing wrong with them and have only been run at 68 watts peak intensity with less wattage used as they ramp up and down. I have the original boxes and both have the unused hanging kit with them. I would like to get $275.00 per light. Let me know if there is any interest and I'll look at ordering a new light. Good luck with the transfer. It may be just the camera angle but your new 42 gallon tanks looks much bigger than your old 40 gallon Nuvo.
