I know I saw something a while back in the Neptune Community Forums about generic adapters. Something about barrel size and polarity, but I can't find that post. Try searching there and I'm sure you'll find it.

Be sure it's 24v with 36w output. They make different 24v adapters for the PMUP and a higher output one that works with DOS/Trident/1Link.

If you click the menu at the upper right, then select Store...Orders...it displays your order history. I found that my only order was in August 2018, so I am overdue. Is there any mechanism for renewal reminders?

Last month my BTA moved after nearly a year at the top of my rock work down towards the bottom. Now it’s on the move again but this time it’s heading towards a heavily populated coral area.
