Take a look at my side-by-side review of the PolypLab filter vs. the IceCap filter. I decided to go with IceCap because the colors were much more accurate and the macro magnification was better. Yes, this spot does have less flow than the mother colony. Makes sense.

I have a small hammer frag I cut from a larger colony in my tank. This new little frag has really long sweepers, but the mother colony does not. Any idea why it would do this?

Looks like this is going to be a frequent event in my tank. I had another big hatch tonight, 31 days after the last one. I guess I can mark my calendar; from now on the last day of the month is shrimp hatch day!

Have you looked at our Member Map recently? Last week I added about 10 stores to the map, with a couple in Seattle and several in Bellevue if that helps. Look for the red pins on the map.

I frequently discover new things in my tank when I shine a flashlight at night. Tonight I found that my hammer is growing several new heads underneath the main structure where I normally can't see during the day when it's fully extended.

@TheClark I just noticed this post. Earlier I asked you about adding a map category for public aquariums, but I guess aquarium builders would be nice to have as well. Is it possible?
