  2. I bought it used and used it last summer on my 40 gallon system. Worked well but it's undersized for my 190 system now. It's in perfect condition. $100 or trade for corals (looking for goniopora, torches, monti, acropora)

  10. not much else I can do tried frozen brine with garlic, frozen mysis with garlic, LRS reef frenzy, marine cuisine, flakes, pellets, live blackworms, live copepods... only other thing to try would be live brine shrimp...

  18. Can you find those locally? I have a picky copperband in QT who hasn’t eaten in three days. I’ll try a fresh clam today but I also want some live blackworm as back up.
  19. That’s my trick with crazy skimmers. Run the drain tube into a bucket. Whatever is breaking water tension will get out and then the skimmer will behave. Works everytime
  20. Bulkreefsupply discussed it on a recent video. Apparently wwc also has that issue cause they are mostly bb. My first bb tank did it too
  21. They seem impossible to avoid in the early stages of a bare bottom tank
