  1. It’s a cool looking torch and it grows super fast. Exactly one year ago I started with 3 heads and now have more than 20 heads.
  2. I call it “Manny’s unholy watery diarrhea gold torch” and it will ruin your tank because it will be the brightest thing in there. People don’t even notice all the Colorado sunburst anemones in my tank because of this thing. Anyway I am going to frag it this weekend and I will have these two frags available (circled in red and yellow). Might have some one head frags down the road but it’s not possible at this time (don’t even ask) $250 per head One is a two header and the other is a three header. Not interested in trade at this time. I will be building a new “acropora only” system soon and need the money for that
  3. Thats a lot of gear to run a 80gallon tank...24 outlets total. I think I have less than that between my waterbox 190.5 and Red Sea reefer 170 lol
  4. Congrats to all the winners except for the first prize winner. If you need joes juice that means you got bigger problems than some. And if you don’t have aiptasia then you didn’t really win anything useful
  5. Happened to me many times. Never tried to get a replacement or refund cause there is really no way for the LFS to know you didn’t f*%ck up on your own. I usually attribute it to the stress of the water parameter change or the dip
  6. I bet the final prize is a new 200g waterbox reef tank...
  7. Crank the temp to 120 and you only need to be fallow for 7 hours
  8. I would like to trade my prize for the mp40 lol
  9. Just do it all with rodi line. That stuff never leaks
  10. Putting the fish in before the plumbing. I like your style!
  11. That plumbing cannot be unseen...my eyes... please tell it’s not hooked up to the tank please!
  12. Sale pending...can’t believe someone wants to buy a rock for that much money...
  13. Plenty of people on reef2reef now equate sand to a toilet waiting to explode with trapped nutrients and lots of people report improvement after removing their sand
  14. I’m gonna venture a guess and say that the sand likely is the culprit. Try removing 10% of it every week until there is no more sand
  15. Sounds like the perfect opportunity for a fresh restart. New rocks, no sand, minimize equipment and additives. My tanks were having all kinds of issues before and simplifying everything was the answer. If a coral struggles, it goes in the trash. If it thrives it stays. Nothing bums me out more than looking at a struggling coral everytime I look at the tank. These tanks are meant to be for enjoyment. Eventually you forget that you even had these struggling corals cause everything else looks good. Take out everything that isn’t necessary. You technically can have a thriving reef with just a skimmer, refugium, return pump, power head, heater and weekly 10-20% water changes.
  16. I’d like to addend my ad and say that this rock is 0% capable of keeping an anemone from moving around the tank.
  17. My tanks are the same. I dose phosphate rx to lower phos and I dose nitrate to raise nitrate. I dose chaeto-grow and my refugium grows like crazy. No algae in the display and corals grow well
  18. I’m just an honest guy trying to sell rocks here...it’s just not “pest free”. That’s probably why no one wants to buy it lol
  19. This was yours and one of my favorite
