Hello All! I’m look for a Neptune Apex controller, I guess preferably A2 version that supports temp, ph, orp and salinity. I have 2 of this version which work perfectly! I have 2 APEX el that won’t go into pairing mode to get the blue light on. (Doesn’t matter about the reset method I’ve tried far too many times and they also won’t connect through Ethernet either) Let me know if you have a spare and price or perhaps something you’ve looking for in exchange. Also if you know of a fix for the EL please let me know as well. Thank you!

If anyone else has the same issue, here is the what I used to solve the problem. DIGISHUO DC 24V 6A 144W Power Supply Adapter Transformer Switch AC 110V/220V to DC 24V 6amp Switching Converter LED Driver for LED Strip Light CCTV Camera Security System (24V 6A 144W) https://a.co/d/6YdGQQx **$16.69 instead of the $50 from Neptune** The dc barrel connector is 4.0mm X 1.7mm. I also bumped this up to a 6amp instead of 4.2a meaning the new power supply is only running at 70% to do the 4.2a. This should help increase the life of the power supply. I’ve read how crappy the Neptune power supply is through the forums. One guy burned through 2 witchin 12-18hrs.

It seems my cor 20 power brick has decided to crap out. Does anyone have an extra? It’s 24v 4.2a, I have a 24v 2a but it can’t keep up and is limping. Thank you!

I’m sure this is an easy one but wth. I have 4 apex systems. Two of them I can’t get into the blue logo to connect. Things I have tried: 1-the short 6,8 or 15 second reset 2-the long version I have done over 2 mins 3-I have tried to connect via the manual serial number process. #2 did work to get my very first unit working and it did momentarily let me connect one of the 2 problematic units but minutes later it lost connection. I don’t have a pc at home so getting on the local may be harder. I do have a MacBook not sure if that makes it harder? I was told I need to send them in for service, not sure if this is true or more avenues to try before I do so? Thank you
