Yea I don't have plans to be in that area but if something comes up I'll let you know. Typically chalices do well in higher nutrients, I run this tank on lower nutrients for my acros. Like my gmks weren't doing so great and I have @obrien.david.jtesting a frag of gmk and they seem to be doing well.

I have a couple bags if anyone needs some, just harvested. In Vancouver WA. Free or for a frag but not required.

I'm currently working on a new sump for my frag system (2x40gals,lowboy50,20gal) 40breeder sump.i designed it like a waterfall system. Hopefully it'll roll cheats for me. It should have plenty of surface skimming and cleaning and also a safe heaven for pods and other creatures. 4 baffles,I still need to add some more sealant and another baffle for bubble trap. 1(live rock/skimmer/media cups/socks),2(rock medias),3(sanded refugium),4(free floating macro/heater),5 (pumps) So much cleaning to do after.

I know lol I have one now.

I'll probably get a hydros doser . I'll likely have some losses but I'm hoping I don't.

I'm making the switch to all for reef and wondering how much pple are dosing for a stocked 100 gallon mixed reef tank. I'm trying to plan ahead for my trip which will be a month long and how much stuff I need to prepare and which doser you all would recommend. I was thinking something programmable. I also have 5L containers I ordered. I'm also running a avast kalk reactor but I want to start adding the traces and other additive I usually hand dose. Picture of my setup for attention and that this will be going on.it will hit 1yrs old jan 1st!

Have you had any problems getting insta set on the coral itself? That stuff is basically gasoline

Yea I thought I heard epoxy promotes faster encrusting somewhere. Well I'm giving it a go with birdsnest thin branches to see the outcome. I actually used the epoxy to wrap around the frag then formed a fat stalk base and superglued between the plug and epoxy. I found epoxy sticks at a cheap price so I have a bunch. It's just tricky making small mixes for frags,will need to frag in bulk lol.

Just wondering what works bests. I usually use superglue but wonder if epoxy works better in helping them entrusting it faster than superglue? I've just noticed superglue has usually taken longer for me. I just made some birdsnest frags with just epoxy to test out.
