  1. Man! If only this was a couple of months later. I could use this for my 120g. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Put me down for one. I should be able to make it this weekend.
  3. I tripled my chaeto in 3 weeks with a 3000K CFL. Also started to grow coralline in the sump with it. I switched to a grow led we'll see how that pans out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks! The names are courtesy of my daughter. She has to name everything that goes in the tank. Going to get an anemone for them soon to hopefully prevent any lasting damage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Big green goniopora (aka Hulk) has been in the tank since the Christmas meeting, and in the last week or so Phoebe has been hanging out in there. At first Hulk would get PO'd and retract. Now Hulk isn't phased a bit by Phoebe rooting around. Wilbur the male gets in there every so often but Phoebe runs him off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Rub it in, rub it in. You know what they say about karma, right? [emoji1][emoji16][emoji1][emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Beer!? Did someone say beer?! Wanted to make this meeting but life has a way of making things go a different direction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Looking for a larger Rainbow BTA. Let me know what you have. The closer you are to Salem the better. I work in Tualatin so if you aren't too far from there that's a possibility. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I was curious about spirulina, so I Googled it and it's a blue green form of cyanobacteria. Guess it's better than the red/purple version. [emoji51][emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Wall Hammer Death?

Here is a picture from today that my wife took. I am out of town and didn't realize the little guys were so big now. They are getting more light now that the big guy is gone. Looks like Ton's babies are going to stay. [emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Wall Hammer Death?

Yep, there are tiny little hammers around the skeleton. Not the best picture and it's from June. They are a little bit bigger now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Wall Hammer Death?

We've had a wall hammer for just under a year. I screwed up and damaged him with my arm when reaching into the tank. Pretty sure this led to the infamous brown jelly disease and he has perished. [emoji853] I say "he" because the bag that we brought him home in was rather heavy and my daughter, who names everything that goes into the tank called him "Ton" for that reason. There are about 12 little "tons" on the base of the skeleton, think I should leave it be and see what becomes of the babies? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. The sticky stuff is clear and the back is the same color as the base color of the contact paper.
  15. I am a big fan of using contact paper for shelving. Plenty of colors to choose from and it doesn't flake off like paint.
  16. You should be good on exchange. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I second taking the sump out of action for a bit to clean it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. For the one that mysteriously popped up in my tank I injected it with lemon juice and it's no more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Looks pretty much the same just a little bigger. I read somewhere that they like being on a vertical surface or slightly vertical. Any truth to that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I picked up a set of 4 on Amazon for $9. Just check your lens to make sure you get the right size. Vivitar +1 +2 +4 +10 Close-Up Macro Filter Set with Pouch (58mm) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004DRCEDW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_z41yybWRZ8G94 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    CUC

Yep, like youcallmenny said, a good place to get a cleanup crew. I'd go a few tank sizes smaller unless you want a crazy number of snails. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Merry Christmas! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Congratulations![emoji322] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Make me a reasonable offer or trade for 2 40b tanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
