Thanks for the work around options folks. @President Pledosophy: Are you saying this software doesn't offer new content search functionality yet it has a button for it? I'm confused when you say "would like that too, but it is not an option we can set." I've been to many a forum, and every single one of them has some sort of "new posts" functionality.

I haven't been around much but maybe this has been brought up before... I can't find new content. There's a button but it shows 'no new content' when I click it. This is a key functionality for any forum. Is there another way to obtain a list of threads that have been updated since I last visited? Thanks!

Check out this heap. No gas, got a replacement pump zip tied to it, sittin in Tupperware coz it leaks gas and water, you know, real proppa like! Tested the alk, journal says last time I checked it was November!! When I multiply by 0.056 I come up with 4.2. Guess I can't be too mad though.

My 5lb lasts me about three months. It sucks. It's currently at zero psi and I'm sure my ALK is not much higher. I'm confident I have an air leak somewhere, but can't be bothered to find it and fix it. Doesn't help the local airgas closes at 5pm either. Think its time for a whole new setup. It is surprising to me how resilient my corals are. Full tank of SPS and the CaRX has been down for weeks, no problem. I don't seem to get much growth without it, but they hang tough! Just added a bunch of acans from reefnjunkies tank and they are looking happy as ever as well. For kicks I'll test my alk tonight. this will be funny and embarrassing at the same time.

I emailed your trigger last night and told him to make me some frags. Sounds like he obliged. Now if he would just get them in the mail that would be great!

Got all my information from one source and believed it all. Tried to "Fix" everything that went wrong. (too reactionary) Poured freezing cold water in my tank. Over feeding Spent money to replace dead corals instead of solving the issue causing death. I could be here all day...

I've tried making my own RO/DI and found it to be a big pain. Maybe I just had a crappy unit (One of those pure water club 6 stage units). Found I was pouring so much water down the drain to what I was keeping. Plus it took FOREVER!! Now I buy my water from the Glacier dispensers at Safeway. $7 for 20 gallons. Fills up in about 10 mins. Bring the jugs home mix them with Kent in a plastic garbage bin and pump it into the tank. Super easy, only thing that is a pain is carrying the jugs up my front porch, but that's just coz I'm lazy. Sometimes the water is really cold, but I have a heater and a pump in garbage can to mix/pump the salt while it heats up. For those of you who make your water don't you find the amount of waste water adds up? Especially with sewer rates as high as they are?

Big shout out to Ocean Revive for assisting me with an equipment issue. The light was long out of warranty, but they were super willing to help me trouble shoot and communication was quick and very helpful. Bad time of year for a light to go out, but we got it back to a working state and should get my tank through the holiday season. Hoping Santa brings me a new OR light for Xmass, and the kind folks at OR whatever they asked for because they are certainly on Santa's nice list! Thanks again!

I have left this site for months due to two things: 1) The new look and feel 2) Micah consistantly insulting people and all around shady attitude. the attempted "drunk coup" etc. Just because you put a lot of work into a place doesn't mean its okay to walk around speaking to people like an [language filter]. A smiley face at the end of an insult makes it okay? Klassy! I come back to see if anything has changed, and bam what is the first thing I see? Same BS. Hopefully when(if rather) I check back in a couple months things will have changed. This place has gone down the drain quickly. Peace out!
