Bicyclebill
The kept mentioning “in Europe” for every milestone. Is there something elsewhere larger and more grand?

I thought it was funny they kept having to qualify the statement, but there are bigger tanks. The Georgia aquarium is gigantic. Has whale sharks in it. Same with Tokyo. But still - that thing is massive. Really interesting that the front panel is held in by pressure. That’s pretty crazy.

Parzifal
Hmmmm. Brian, after seeing all these photos of real tanks, I think you need to go bigger. when you build a 2000 gallon tank I’ll buy some 12” suction cups and help you move it. Building a gantry crane now to be able to move the material.... Interesting tid bit. The georgia tank is not a single sheet of acrylic. The brought in sheets, glue then together and polished out the seems.
