Lazyreefer
I’ve been seeing these become way more popular recently, they are sold out at cuttle fish all the time before any other snails. Any insight into why that is or I guess why you are looking for them specifically?
Burningbaal
I'll chime in... They are basically an astrea small that can flip itself over Hungry little buggers all over my glass and rock. Only downside is one occasionally climbs out and dries out. Just found one the other day.Sent from my SM-G935T using Tapatalk

They also do a hellava job cleaning all my algae[emoji4]Sent from Atlantis 🤙
NateDawg
I believe TPA in salem has some last I checked, though I'm not sure if they have the red banded ones, I saw a quite a few white ones a last week. As for why I think they are a good snail, they can correct themselves if the fall on there back unlike some other snails that cant get back over sometimes as well as these guys are able to reproduce in a reef tank pretty easily compared to other snail varieties.
danlu_gt
I'm also interested in getting some, maybe 50+. Also, anyone know where to get those giant trochus? I got 4 when they were 1.5" from CnC and now they're about size of a baseball. I would love to get more of those.
Optimusprime3605
Do any of you know where the beat place to order trochus snails? I'm sure I can order just about anywhere, but I want to order from a place where the snails arrive alive, get what I'm sayin'... Knuckledragger
I would be interested in five or six; maybe more depending on size.
Pennywise
The BEST thing about trochus snails; is when you wake up in the morning and your tank looks like someone poured a gallon of milk in it due to them spawning and gives you that 5 second panic.

Spschampion
Seahorse in Portland has some. I just picked up a few, yesterday
don_chuwish
All around the best snails to have. Great grazers all over the tank AND they reproduce at a nice pace. Not overwhelming numbers but I certainly have more now than I've ever purchased. Lots of baby ones scooting around.
