  1. The duncan and monti. Here are my frags: I have a few more available for sale/trade, including the purple stylo, posted here:
  2. Price drop from $20 to $15 bucks a frag. Original post: I have a few frags for sale. Pickup at club party only. Flat price, $20 each. Multi-branch purple stylo, multi-head duncan (4-5 heads), and good-sized purple monti caps. Fyi, there will also be one each of the duncan and monti frags in the blind frag swap.
  3. I'm looking for some chaeto. I'm going to the club party this weekend, and it would be great if another party goer had some to spare.
  4. Ok, not sure what I'll bring yet, but here's what's on my list. Nothing too fancy, but guaranteed to be bigger than your average frag.
  5. Try live black worms from the Wet Spot. Great for a finicky fish while you get them transitioned to frozen. I've kept black worms alive in the fridge for a couple months, as long as you rinse them with fresh water once or twice a week.
  6. Hey, that's great. Does your spreadsheet do the PAR mapping? Check out this Google sheets template I put together to produce BRS-like PAR maps from a grid of PAR measurements:
  7. Wow, beautiful tank. A true mixed reef.
  8. It' a non-branching variety where the heads grow in tight clusters instead of at the ends of branches like frog spawn or branching hammers. Here's another pic with a couple of frags from the mother colony.
  9. Is this a standard orange Yuma? It was a hitchhiker about the size of a pencil eraser, and has grown into this cool mushroom.
  10. Hey, I'd recognize my RBTs anywhere. Looking good. It's grown! GLWS.
  11. I started out with under gravel filters back in the mid-80s. But that was definitely fish and anenomes only -- no corals. Talk about coming a long way!!!
  12. Reefer 300XL, 18 months post cycle.
  13. That was SO FUN! From the group buys, to the raffles, the awesome food, and the amazing company. That event had to be so much work to organize. We are all really lucky to have such dedicated PNWMAS officers and board members. Thank you! And thanks to CNC too for being such a big contributor.
  14. Another approach is to put a sponge in your sump to get colonized with bacteria. The sponge can be for a hang-on-back filter, sponge filter, or both. The advantage here is that you don't need to worry about rock or substrate absorbing medications and you can toss the sponges and start with new ones each time. Water changes are still important though... The Humble Fish quarantine page is a "must read" https://humble.fish/quarantine/
