I don’t usually do product reviews but I was blown away by these rocks. I wanted a flat bottom foundation for my new scape. Decided to try marco foundation rocks. Ordered 4 “small” pieces at $12 a piece (black friday). I thought it was expensive but still cheaper than losing a thumb trying to cut my own rocks (home depot rents a concrete saw for $50 4hrs). Anyway I expected to get four small overpriced rocks. Instead I received these massive rocks with a perfectly flat bottom. I was blown away when I opened the box. There’s probably 15 lbs of rock there for only $48. Kinda wished they were also coated with that purple paint but now my scape is ultra stable

My issue with it is that it only has a 1 month shelf life. So for $55 it better work other issue is that I am also a physician and seeing a another physician who doesn’t understand basic concept of cause, effect and efficacy is troubling. It would be so easy to come up with a prospective randomized controlled trial to show the efficacy of his product and yet he hasn’t done it. Instead he sounds like many of the snake oil dealers out there. Very troubling... lastly all my legit questions on the facebook thread are getting censored (deleted with no warning). Tells me his “sponsorship” there is significant ($$$) that’s just my take on it but I’m not averse to trying it

Willing to rent it out? I have one aiptasia. I've had it for 10 months and it's the only one in the tank. My little peppermint shrimp probably eats any new aiptasia that pop up which is why I only have one. I've treated it with aiptasia X at least a dozen time and it always eventually comes back. It's deep in the rocks so it's hard to get to but would be willing to try the laser if it works

so my chaeto used to grow like crazy but now even with nitrates of 10 and phos of 0.1 it just won't grow I did dose fluconazole back in September. Is it possible that the chaeto I have was damaged by the fluconazole and can no longer grow effectively. It's still growing but extremely slow. Probably went from baseball size to softball size in two months. I'm using the H80 also

Those corals look happy. Do you feel only one gyre is adequate for flow. Have you considered adding a pump on the left side of the tank?

This guys runs one orphek v4 on a 4 foot tank. I think you’ll like yours but I don’t have any first hand experience yet I’ll have two of them on a 5ft tank lol

I didn’t get their mount kit (looks flimsy). I’m going to build a light mount out of 80/20 extruded aluminum because they are super heavy. I actually made my choice based on a youtuber that has them and his sps look amazing. They’re cheaper than what it would take to have radions only or even t5/radion combo.
