  1. I found that it was super easy to remove from the rock when it’s on the move. Maybe move it back to it’s original spot and it won’t know the difference
  2. 3-4” when open this is a split from my larger anemone $40 or trade
  3. i hear Brian is selling one 50% off MSRP because no one else wants it
  4. put your name down on BRS waitlist. Got mine pretty quickly and all I had to do was wait for an email from them. Trident has been running for over a month and it is so worth it
  5. I hear they are almost impossible to keep alive in captivity. I was surprised to see one. Pictures don’t Do it justice. I know wwc has one and their video of it is beautiful. In real life it was ten times prettier
  6. Just saw one at cayes. It was absolutely mesmerizing. has anyone had success keeping one?
  7. Taxidermy. They also had reptiles, birds, insects, sharks, crabs, octopus
  8. Probably the best reef related YouTube video I’ve watched in the last two years and I watch everything that’s reef related on YouTube
  9. R2R just banned sales of trident above msrp on their site. I thought that was interesting and that they should do that with gold torches as well
  10. It’s the black box for when your tank crashes. Kinda like when planes crash
  11. I wonder if you can just buy all the different "bacterial in a bottle" product on the market, that would probably be a lot of diversity assuming they're all different
  12. I think it’s the 20 gallon nuvo that I bought used. Used it to quarantine all my fish earlier this year. Then it went into storage. It’s so nice to have a quarantine tank on hand whenever you need one
  13. Firing up the quarantine tank. Either means a good thing or a bad thing. In my case it means I will be buying new fish soon
  14. Would you trade for two heads of my gold torch. It's getting big and I would like to have other kinds of gold torches
  15. I’m still adjusting dosing manually every three or four days. It doesn’t need much tweaking yet since I don’t have a lot of corals. Eventually I’ll have to automate it
  16. Quick update on my reef came back from a 3 week vacation end of August and the reef was struggling. Tons of green hair algae everywhere. Despite multiple water changes and addition of large clean crew from reef cleaners I resorted to fluconazole. All the algae died overnight. Then it was Cyanobacteria that I was dealing with. Chemiclean took care of that but in the end I lost a lot of corals. Probably half of my corals especially sps died. Today the reef is finally looking good and the corals seem happy. As far as livestock goes, I lost all my shrimps, the blue throat trigger jumped out, the copperband butterfly died. Right now I am thinking about adding fish but I’m not sure which ones
