You would be surprised what the guys at Aqua UV tech told me!! This is not necessarily the case trust me I didn’t believe it either but these are the Uv gurus The rate at which they reproduce if dwell time is too long they just reproduce and end up back in the h2o column this is not coming from me It’s directly from Aqua Uv they promote more flow

What uv are you using I’m using an Aqua UV And after talking with there tech found out I was not pushing near enough water through it I put a flow meter on the output side of tge Uv and used an oversized dc pump to handle this task

You TPO roofing membrane. Super thick snd it rocks!! If you are putting live rock in it watch out for puncturing the liner with sharp edges. Outdoor carpey on the plywood side as a buffer to the liner works wonders. I use it on my outdoor water feature!! Bullet proof

I have a bunch of rock I didn’t use on my last build prob 50 pounds or so +\- it’s not wet but pest free!
