  1. Can't help you, but I'd love to split an order with you. I've been wanting a few for a while anyway.
  2. What are the dimensions on the reef octopus skimmer? And where are you located?
  3. When my 12g had sand, I would take a chop stuck and stir it up really well, then change a few gallons.
  4. It's true. I'm pretty sure Jeff alone is keeping Gobstoppers off the endangered species list.
  5. What issues are you having in the other tank? I'd love to trade you something for some purple hornets. I have a frag of mind blowing palys with a Granny Smith on it. I also have pink zippers, and some other rainbow ( I can't remember exactly what it was called) I could frag.
  6. A group of firefish would be pretty sweet.
  7. Not going to the meeting. Bit I have a bunch of pulsing xenia and green sinularia leather I can get rid of.
  8. Does anyone remember the picture of the moth that was an orange starfish sitting on some zoas? I'm trying to track is down to use as part of a tattoo, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If anyone could point me in the right directions I would love you forever.
  9. I dumped in the water in the bag with the very first fish I bought. The store assured me it was the right thing to do. They didn't mention that they ran a copper fish system though...
  10. Do you want them both? Send me a pm and let me know when you want to come by.
  11. I have two frags up for grabs. 15$ or trade for zoas/Lps.
  12. Not sure what the dimensions of the stand are, but I have a standard 10g tank you are welcome to.
  13. I thought it was my wp10. Turns out it was an old heater though. It just kept turning on and off at the perfect times for me to think it was something else.
  14. While I was cleaning today I noticed it get a sharp stinging on one of my fingers where I had a hangnail. I don't get it in any of the other tanks. I started unplugging things and re dipping my finger to test it out. When I unplug the new powerhead, I don't feel it. Do I need to replace the powerhead?
  15. I kind of liked it that way too. There's no chance it would stay in place one I change the powerhead though.
  16. I love the sca301 I have on the 40b. It's small, inexpensive, and does a great job.
  17. Any interest in selling the wp25?
  18. Because of the unusual dimensions on the 12g long tank, I've had a tough time getting the flow pattern just right. It's either sand blowing everywhere, or lots of dead spots. So I decided to go bare bottom instead. I've just been sucking out sand with water changes over the past few weeks. Here it is almost done. I just need to move the rocks on the left side and clean what's under them. Plan is to replace the two small powerheads with one wp10. I'm hoping if I put it low in the tank and let it blast across the bottom it will keep things from settling... hope for the best!
  19. Mudskippers are brackish too. They are really fun to watch.
  20. Opa ulae shrimp are pretty foolproof I think. They're the little shrimp that come in the sealed off biospheres. If they can live in there, they can live anywhere.
  21. That would be cool. You could add some bumblebee gobies.
