The A160 also has dimmer knobs for manual control. If you ever think your going to get a controller, you could just hold off on the kessil controller and use a RKL or Apex to control in the future. I would lean more towards the 160 for future control and the dimmers. Dawn to dusk effects don't grow coral any better than on/off, just for visual pleasure.

Also, are you using check valves on the AL? They also make that hanger bracket for them to hang on the back of your tank or somewhere higher.

I used killz for the inside and deck stain for the outside (for wood grain look, any exterior paint will do the trick).

I have mine on a suction cup windshield car mount at the end of my tank. Not really practical for any sort of trouble shooting but fun to see the fish randomly at work

So my new rw15s came today....ermahgerd! Idk how you guys are running these so high, mine are on 2 and my gsp looks like a hurricane is hitting it... My tank is 7ft long and I have one at each end mostly pointing upward or the flow gets too intense. If I run any of the modes I get little water vortex tornados in the middle where the flow meets... So needless to say I wouldn't recommend the RW20

Bayer pesticide is the best, Google it, most people prefer it over coral dips

Just my 2 cents but EVERYONE does SPS tanks lol! It would be awesome to see a tank full of torches, hammers, duncans, etc LPS. Sounds like a ton of water movement but at least you can do wave pulses and get a cool effect with the LPS.
