  8. Yeah you'll run into that, I'm not sure if they quit making that pinwheel but I had to buy one from a shop in Florida and paid too much but I needed to get another skimmer up and running my old prop system. On all the older MSX/SWC (same thing different colors and name) skimmers they primarily used only the Sicce PSK-2500, the bigger skimmers just used two pumps instead of one. Later on they went to the Laguna/Askoll pumps. Some google searching and you should be able to find a pinwheel but the mesh wheel still performs well.
  9. Also I can't tell for sure without a picture but it sounds like you have the msx-250
  10. They perform well with the mesh wheel but sometimes have startup issues. The pinwheels definitely are more efficient and don't have the startup issues. This is the one you want... http://www.marinedepot.com/AquaMaxx_Large_Red_Devil_Needle_Wheel_for_Sicce_PSK_2500_Skimmer_Pump_Submersible_Aquarium_Pumps_Replacement_Parts_for_Aquariums-AquaMaxx-UJ1313-FIWPSBRP-vi.html
  11. Here's a picture of the Stinky Pinky in my tank... It starts at $65 a frag. Sorry for the crappy photo my Macro is jacked.
  12. I'll see what all I have, I was just cleaning out boxes and boxes of test kits.
  13. I've got a crapload of test kits here, which ones do you need?
  14. Guess I should post a little update... Things are starting to color up slowly and growing at a decent rate. Kevin snapped this off the other day when he was over.
  15. I have one of these little fancy guys... Worked great when I was breeding clowns. http://reefbuilders.com/2009/11/12/brine-shrimp-hatchery-hobby-separates-egg-shells-moving-parts/
  16. Depending on your location I'll take the Naso...
  17. Exactly! ATI's reflectors combined with their active cooling and high quality ballasts make them the best there is.
  18. Totally normal, they're just sensing food and trying to get their share...
  19. Not at all actually but I call it like I see it... A purple tang, no matter the size has no business in a 30 some odd gallon tank in my opinion.
