reefnjunkie
Your fraging you say!! I will take one of each jk(naughty) The ones in the first 14 pics need to get fragged, I'm the grower for a group buy we did. Basically everyone pitches in and then about 8-12 months later I send a PM saying "its Christmas, your presents are ready" or something like that it a great way to accumulate a large pack for CHEAP-

reefnjunkie
Really 5:30 :( Well for some dumb reason I wake at 5:00am today :( Looking back through this thread I see at post 129 I mention the next project I was planning was to plumb in a frag tank I got from a past member into the system (laugh) I also see I was giving a sulpher denitrator a try, I had just revamped my DIY LED fixture above the display and I noticed a picture with a T5 fixture over the one frag tank I had pictured. I also had recently added the swabbie to my skimmer. Lets do a 2 year update :p (not all in a single post) I added the second frag tank as mentioned and also kept the sulpher denitrator on line for about 2 months. I had a hard time getting it seeded and ended up pulling it off line. I also ended up replacing that 2nd frag with a new custom built frag tank and gave that one to another member. Back to that Swabbie neck cleaner, its one of the best additions I have made for the skimmer (highly recommended) and comes from Avast Marine. I have the collection cup draining into a 5 gallon bucket that has a pressure switch that monitors when the bucket is full and via the apex will turn the skimmer off so it doesn't overflow and flood my garage. I think I flooded the garage 2-3x before I broke down and added the break out box and pressure switch. I also get a page sent to me so I know the switch has flipped, the skimmer is off and I need to empty the bucket. I think I clean my skimmer and collection cup about every 3 months (maybe longer) now, the neck stays clean via the swabbie which runs 3x in a 24 hour period for about 2 minutes each time (clap) I also noticed a few pages prior around the time of this picture I realized I had AEFW in my display-It pretty obvious since the corals look so unhappy-more to come on that (flame) (sad) More to follow-time for some more coffee

reefnjunkie
Beautiful fish Brad! Great picture of it too! How are they in the reef? Jeff said he saw it hit my Duncan but I've not seen it do anything but swimming around. My Duncan is the size of a volleyball so I'm not caring one way or the other. Where did you put the fish Brad? He's in the display- http://reefbuilders.com/2014/10/14/reef-nuggets-2-aquatic-lepidopterans-reef/ I don't have anything in the display I'm worried about, I plan on adding a Regal once Jeff gets one. badxgillen
Well after taking some time to envy your acros I think it is safe to say it is more of a mini colony tank than a frag tank.
