    $75 150g 48x24x30 Marineland tank. Located in Salem. Has scratches, most are around where the sand bed was. Never cleaned the tank up enough to get a good look. Drilled with a big overflow and two returns.

    Ethanol, methanol, and even some isopropyl alcohol, if it is not pure, will cause acrylic to craze/crack.

    I got LR from KP Aquatics. Arrived in good shape. Had a little die off, but that's expected. Ended up with some snails, rock urchin and assorted little creatures as hitchhikers. Managed to get mermaid's wine glasses as well, which I am not totally fond of because for some reason they thrive in my tank and grow everywhere. If you are willing to take the good with the bad go with it, otherwise get some dead rock or LR from a local shop that might not have quite as diverse a population of hitchhikers.

    I would not replace it. Still lots-o-life left in it. As long as your TDS is 0 on the outlet you are good.
