Looks like over feeding and using tap water just my 2 cents. That or nothing was done to your tank what so ever while you was gone. What a friend gosh if I was watching someone tank and seen it start going out of wack and didn't know why I would at least get with them asap. I signed up for the news letter and read all the findings. The problem i have and with most results is i need to see actuall users use these things. I know when i was running tests on my product i had 6 failed attemtps then the 7th was success so forget the 6 bad ones we posted the one good one. Things can be misleading with all new products im just walk a thin line until i see the people use it. What they need to do is give this out to 200 people for free and let all 200 people coment after a month now thats the best write up anyone can give Anyhow ill keep my eye on there newsletter. Curious with the black did you do any par test with the light? I was told you lost par to the bottom with the black so I was just wondering? I bet the black looks pretty nice on top though . That would just be my only concern. I like this insect screen I will get a wrasse later and like the eel they like to try to get out so nothing is getting out of this insect screen and its strong as heck to. the screen cost me like 3 bucks the frame I think was like 4.17 I know under 5.00 so works great

Yea I seen that stuff I like how this went together with the spline and my buddy did a light test and is nailing the bottom good still and great color with these LED'S I got to say I'm feeling pretty darn excited. Never went with LED and I got good deal on them so pretty happy on that to I Do like that netting and actually what I might do is get some of that and make a back up screen for down the road is something happens.

Vader and a Vador Pumpkin wonderful its nice when you have attachment to the tank it is apart of the family and for some people its the only family they have and these tanks are like kids they need attention I will be getting about 10 more fish but thats way later im starting way small for now I would like to get a eel again but for some reason every time i got eel he would eat things in the tank. All I know is my 175.99 reef octopus skimmer is running better than any skimmer I have ever had in 20 years on my 100 gallon tank so what I have to drain the cup once a week I could get 3 of these for the price and store them and last the next 10 years so that would mean this new thing would need at least a 10 year Warranty then I might consider it Couple post mentioned about tired of buying you don't know if this thing is proven yet has to be tested for years to see the out come to make sure it does not crash to make sure you don't have to keep buying extra stuff to make sure it works there is so much to it other than looking at a video saying that is neat. Again I'm more of a research guy I need to see how this is doing in tanks a few months down the road. Until then my 175.99 skimmer rated for 130 gallons will do just fine BTW what do you mean by going cheapo? I consider cheapo to be some 50.00 skimmer 100 to 300 gets into good skimmers. There are millions of views on skimmers like the reef octopus and others that for years and years and years proven to do what they need to do. For the most part a lot I do understand and I'm one to jump in the line I want the best of everything as well and I would be happy to get anything out there I will make this clear I just need to see more proof and down the road cost and making sure nothing gets broke down after month or whatever there is so much that isn't known on something if I want to play the lottery I could do that to. Again I really really hope it works and yes I would look to buy it when it\s proven and folks have ran it constantly. Having new things come out is awesome it makes things like my reef octopus even go down more for having a top of the line skimmer Its like going from power jets to Gyre the Gyre is amazing yes you pay more for it than a power head and it is proven to work so I got it For me I just need proof Time and testimonial will tell all. I'm sure most folks will relate to this if they have a lot of money into there system and its working fine for them.

For those asking about my clowns btw those are Puzzle Mocha's very rare and even in these pics they don't look as good as they do in person. Travis had these at Upscales the fish are loving the tank swimming like they own the world. They don't leave each others side and I do name my fish if you look at the pic with the black mark around his mouth that is vador. the other name is poca hey my daughter wanted to name one I know most people don't name there stuff but I do The fish are amazing I will say that.

But let just say i hope it does take off Dont get me wrong its sometimes odd posting I love new things for sure Plus if it does take off all these other skimmers better watch out they will be cheaper for us to Folks will have to up 1 on there Neighbor I look forward to seeing videos of people running them after few months or year
