  1. like ramping up and down like the more expensive LED units, sunrise sunset, storms, lunar cycles...the t247s have two channels, one is blues and other is whites. So I start my morning with blues on, then add whites, later in evening it goes back to just blues and then off for the night.
  2. I have two over my 75 as well. They are a little close to water, but I have liked them very much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I use it, so far not many problems. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Pretty sure Rons place is nothing but tanks and equipment from the forum Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Not officially, but most people think some kind of bacterial bloom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yes, sometimes I get some clear slimey stuff on the surface water of my sump. I also keep my tank at 78
  8. Personally I wouldn't attempt to clean too much of it, at least not too aggressively. The vinegar will really do a number on it especially if you let it soak for awhile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I can't ever root for Oregon, since I went to school there...never going to happen! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Go beavs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. So how are your phosphates? Or how do you control them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Everytime...I think I had to go 4 different times to three different places...and I now wish I had gotten a good gate valve instead of a ball valve to adjust the main drain.
  13. My yellow can get aggressive at times. I also have a melanarus, and it has been a great fish other than it tends to eat my smaller snails, hermits, and my shrimp.
  14. Someone needs to find that video of the guy cleaning out a huge blockage of them from his drain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Bristle for sure. My wrasse pulled another one out of a rock today...attempted to eat, did not succeed because of the bristles, it looked like a painful bite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Definitely need to get one! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Well it is solved....my brothers stupid giant hermit crab that lives in a turbo shell crawled down there and was stuck. Had to take lights and hood down, then use coat hanger to hook the shell and long tweezers to grab once I got it high enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk He now lives in the sump.
  18. I am stopping by Lowe's and picking up a small sink snake to make the bends, see if I can clear it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. So I need some tips and tricks. I noticed just now that my emergency drain was a little more that the trickle it needs to be. I checked the main drain and it is down to just a trickle. I am needing ideas on how to get it unplugged. After the standpipe in the overflow there is a 90 turn to horizontal and a very short run before it turns 90 to be straight down into sump. 20. I'm gonna guess they will do ok, I have a large melanarus who is always on patrol, and at night while it's sleeping I see a lot of brittles come out to feed. Some will be taken here and there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I think I see a brittle stars arm sticking out of the rock, and they come in lots of patterns and colors. They are good for your tank. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I definitely have a well covered rock you could get from me in Keizer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I have red mushrooms, green toadstool, and a plug of Xenia, and gsp if you want Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
