If I was in your situation, I would spend a week on just planning, to the minutest detail, how I want my new system set up. Go all out, as much as money will allow. And rip that sucka down!!! I'm a very inexperience hobbiest though, lol. But my noob opinion would be this, if you had the money and could save nearly all current livestock.
