I agree with jorge, get a peristaltic... there is a masterflex thread on reef central that explains how to purchase and setup one. These a medical grade that can run for years continuously without adjustment... not cheap but then again what is in our hobby!

Absolutely bro I've seen your boat over at dans GIANT shop. You should come up and ride on our lake, a bit cold but not having current and super deep water gives an awesome wave!

Here's a quick pic so I don't get disqualified I'll get a real camera photo soon. Looks about 3/4" System is a 125 OBD glass tank lit with a 8 bulb ati led/t5 combo fixture. I run a calcium reactor and auto water change system. I rarely check levels but try to keep alk around 8dkh.

16 feet! No it was only 12 haha. No I broke it down a couple of years ago during a move and sold it off. I have a 125 gallon rimless starfire now, much more manageable. I don't take it as seriously anymore either though... New tank is simple and easy maintenance.

Tank is on auto pilot this summer... I had a disease outbreak that killed all my fish (chevron tang, picasso clowns, anthia group) so I went and got about 16 blue/green chromis and threw them in there for the summer. They keep the bioload up for the 20 or so Danik sps frags that are growing out... Scott is your system up and running yet? Chris your tank is looking awesome! Saw the new pics and it is impressive!
