  1. I like how youve separated different coral types...that is what I am after as well. Looking fantastic!! Cool fish too!!!
  2. Im getting to that point, like every year, where Im just bored with my tank. I dont want to get rid of it, just make it more exciting. Add fish? Rearrange the rocks? Change or trade corals? What would you do?
  3. Trying to clear off the frag rack...so heres what needs to go. Sunset monti frag...$25 wysiwyg Purple bonzai frag...$25 wysiwyg Also, 1"+ frag of cali tort, in the back left...$20 Another pic of the cali, and a efflo frag, front left...$25 And heres a chalice I picked up a while ago, that just doesnt have a place in my tank...$40 Will do discounts for multiple pieces, or feel free to make me an offer. Thanks, Ben
  4. My wife likes anyth....oh look something shiny!(laugh) Ill play...34gal Solana as of today.
  5. Looks like a green tip birdsnest...cool coral. Let me know when you frag it!
  6. Thats an impressive equipment list. Cant wait for the review on the Sapphire. The coral appears to be a green hairy mushroom. As for the aquascape, its totally up to you, but heres what I think... FOR ME...its easier to keep the tank looking clean when you can get to all panels of glass to clean them. The only exception would be if this is in a corner, and you only have 2 viewing sides. Otherwise...Its looking great! keep up the good work. Are you planning on hooking up a chiller?
  7. Picked up an awesome fixture from Krux yesterday, and now I need the ballast. I was going to use the one I have, but I would have to cut cords and solder, I would prefer to leave the factory ends in tact. If you have one laying around, pm me. Thanks, Ben
  8. Unfortunately, the negative stuff gets more attention, so I thought I would try a different approach...seems to be working(whistle)
  9. The only thing I could come up with that wasnt taken, or extremely inappropriate for a family site
  10. my mind went straight to the gutter.... GUTTER!
  11. (enforcer) HAHA made you look.
  12. I am so pissed... Ryan sold me a $140 light for $80 and threw in a $60 bulb. He was on time to our meeting place, and made a quick and easy transaction. Not to mention, this thing is BRAND NEW!!! Now I have nothing to complain about. Thanks for the good deal Ben
  13. I would like to see if we can work out a trade. What color zoos are you looking for?
  14. Wait, I thought Solanas were tempered???? Maybe they can be drilled, cause that is NOT a tempered glass break(plotting)
  15. Doubtful, just my opinion...(nutty)
  16. If you do that, you may as well go with starfire too(drooler)
  17. Dont think so. If I remember correctly, they are all tempered glass.
  18. As far as I know, the solanas are all tempered glass and cannot be drilled. There is a possibility of adding an overflow, but its kinda tricky. I just added a closed loop for a chiller, and turned the back into a fuge. Works fairly well. Good luck finding one...let me know if you need help when you do.
  19. Try this on for size... http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/really-michael-phelps/999101/
  20. No prob Sean, glad it worked out. Keep me posted on the progress, I would like to know how it all comes together.
  21. Man-o-man was that a shot!
