Maxi jet 600, 1200, Stealth 200w, koralia 3, rio 1700 loc-line parts and nozzles, hydor rotators, enductors(?) float valve, mag float Ive also got a couple fans, a coralife uv sterilizer, SCWD, and lots of timers. No reasonable offers will be refused. Will also trade for sps or lps. Thanks.
  2. Well, there you have it. If you give me a frag, Ill ID it fir ya:D
  3. Im with Mad Reefer on this one. I like to leave the chemicals out. I do have the top baffle in, and that is where I run carbon IF I need it. Most of the time the chaeto, CUC and skimmer keep everything pretty clean. I dont use filter floss, just the sponge in the overflow:D
  4. Interested in the tri color and the purple monti. Ill pm ya
  5. Hes still counting...(whistle)
  6. No comment...other than to specify that I have no other comments(laugh)
  7. LMBs will not get along! I hope you find a home soon
  8. Can I come? (clap) I just need a time and date and what to bring
  9. Ive got red with green mouths... Ill pm ya
  10. I can help frag it if you want:D Seriously though, nice piece.
  11. I replied to your other thread, but I think you should switch the carbon and the foam. Otherwise, it looks fine. I would guess a 500 or so gph pump would work fine on that set up.

    30g project

Looks llike a good sump. IME, you would want the foam above the carbon. If the carbon is first, it will get plugged when it is filtering out incoming water, and will not be effective. If the water is filtered through foam or floss or whatever, the carbon will last longer.
  13. So youre the one who got the unknown(flame) Nice stuff!
  14. I think you should be fine adding a couple hermits and snails. For fish, personally, I would stay away from the gramma. I had a bad experience with one of those guys and have read they can be very territorial, especially in a smaller tank. Gobys and clowns are always fun to watch:D Nice progress too! Keep it up.
  15. Once you find how phosphates got into your system, and eliminate that problem,(with RODI or less feeding, etc/) I think a refugium will help. I wouldnt rely on chaeto to eliminate phosphates, but once at a reasonable level, the fuge should help maintain your levels. Since you have the lighting for it, how about adding some xenia to the sump? Has worked for me in the past, along with various macros.
  16. I always look forward to your company and your tanks. Just ask the wife(enforcer)(no wonder our marriage is so rocky(whistle)) PLEASE let me know when you set up your next tank!
  17. I have torn down my 72 bow and moved the solana to the living room. I picked a few pieces up from Garrett, and am slowly building my collection again:D Thanks to some generous reefers, like the ones listed above(clap)
  18. The pump change is a good idea. I like the stock stuff, but it is a bit noisy. The Tunze skimmer will be my next upgrade(whistle)
  19. spectra is correct. the 150w lighting is sufficient. I have had clams and sps at the bottom of the tank with no issues. The stock pendant is hideous, but the light it puts out is great! If I had to start over, I would definitely get the 250w and a lamp tree. much better looking, and I already run a chiller:D
