  3. My power was out for 4 days during the 'storm'. The generator shut off mysteriously on the third day, while we were staying at the in-laws. When power was restored, the tank was at 42 degrees(along with the house). Needless to say, not much made it(sad)
  4. The urchin is okay. survived the GREAT CRASH OF 08. I think he will be fine. How are your frags doing?

  7. I like the tank. Youve done an excellent job. Your equipment list is quite impressive as well, but whats with that light fixture...Its(hitme)... Keep up the good work As for livestock, be patient. I know its difficult, but it will pay off in the end. Try a birdsnest frag or something easy like that to start and keep testing! What kind of livestock are you planning on putting in there?

  18. You should keep your hands out of your tank. They are starting to prune(laugh) I will be more than happy to stick my hands in your tank, but you might miss a few things when Im done(naughty)

  21. Ive decided to add to my TO DO list as of late. I have an older 'bare bones' chiller that I am rebuilding and cleaning up. So far I have torn it all apart and am in the process off stripping the rust and old paint where I can. My first question is about coatings for metal near a tank. Should I treat the metal with something before painting? What paint should I use? What, if anything different, should I do to the refrigerant lines? I guess thats it for now. Thanks
