I agree that a corner cube would be sweet. I am bias to cubes. Either would be great as an in wall.

I have for sale is a roto mold 200 gallon tote. I used it for mixing saltwater for the past few years but do not have room for it any longer. It has a 6" diameter opening on top and a 1/2" threaded fitting on bottom of side. It also has a base it sits on with wheels to help move it around when filled. I ran a cryptic fuge about 4 or 5 years ago on my system. If you have space extra filtration more diversity cant hurt. Th problem I had was that it was hard to keep clean. I should have utilized egg crate to keep the rock off of bottom. Then I could have easily siphoned under the rubble.

I have a 30 cube planted tank with crystal red shrimp. I do a water change every few weeks of 50%. I use my ro reject water. Shrimp and plants are thriving for over a year now. I do more frequent water changes in the summer as the shrimp breed better in cooler water.

What booster pumps are you guys running? Ive tried a few and they all die as soon as warranty is dead. Currently just running about 60 without any pump. I run a larger unit when I run a booster pump.

What about working a deal with a local shop for consignment?

A little far from you but there is a place beside the Hillsboro Airport that sells the racks that are used by Lowes/Depot. They refurbish old racks and will custom cut weld to your specs. I bought the shelving for garage system some years back. Not sure what the cost is today but 6 years ago it was cheaper than anything else and this stuff holds tons.

I went thru a battle with Zoa pox a few years ago. The only way i was able to get rid of it was Furan 2. I removed every Zoa and set up a 40 breeder. Would dip in a seperate tank then rinse and place back in the hospital tank. It about two weeks of dipping to slow it down. I lost many colonies in just a few weeks before I realized what it was. Furan 2 stopped the spread immediately. Pox was gone in about a month. There is a good step by step on reef central. It would be worth reading before you start treating.

tim has two but they are 48" long. I might pick up a 65 at upscales. It is 36 x 18 x 25 tall. It is glass but I could drill the holes I need. Just hoping for acrylic due to weight....

Thanks for the heads up! I called them earlier today and he mentioned two that he still has. I am heading over tomorrow to check them out. They are just a little small for what I want but could work if i cant find something a little larger. They are 36"x18"x17".
