  1. When I first set up my tank a few years ago my Clownfish bonded with a powerhead lol, it took a few months after introducing a bubble tip for them to even care. I began to think they would never go into them, then I woke up one morning and they were all snuggled up inside! I've heard of people containing them in something smaller with the bta and forcing them together but I don't know if it works. Anyway good luck! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  2. If you are eventually in the market for a bubble tip I'd be happy to help you out I have some great hardy rose bta clones! Whenever you're ready I'd be happy to give you a couple Frags as well! I'm located in the forest grove area Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  3. That Chili coral is awesome! I've personally never seen one before and I really want one. Anyone know where to buy one lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  4. I had one of those little anenome crabs for a few weeks but my Clownfish wouldn't quit chasing them away, even though the little guy was hanging out in a nem they didn't live in. I had to find a new home for him. Pretty picture! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  5. I've been working on a zoa garden as well, that was actually one of the pictures I believe that *inspired* me Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  6. Mine probably isn't as pretty as yours but still gonna play! I don't exactly have mad photography skills lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  7. Yeah mine never look that good [emoji4] he deserves it Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  8. If you can though just move the rock it's on so you don't irritate it too much Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  9. I have probably 16 bta's right now and occasionally one will go in a cave or in the rocks, if it doesn't come out on its own after a couple days I always move them out myself so they don't die Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  10. I buy mine at upscales! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  11. Where are you located? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  12. Wow your phones take some good pics lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  13. Have you tried the world of wet pets? I used to buy mine there. I believe it's on Apple st Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  14. Really? I still haven't had the chance to make it to that store, I have this weekend off maybe I'll make the drive thanks! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  15. What!? I never knew such a coral existed lol. If I had room I'd be all over that super cool. I may be interested in a month or two after I do some fragging (need to make room for other corals anyway) so if you have some later you're willing to frag I'm interested, where are you located? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  16. Oh I just read through the rest of the posts and it looks like you just got the goniopora so never mind still on the lookout though if anyone has a frag in the Washington county area lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  17. I've been looking for goniopora, where are you located and would you sell me a frag? Or trade? Not sure if I have anything you would be interested in though. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  18. Oh well that's good to know, I had a long spiny urchin for about a year in my 55 gallon and it did great but I ended up giving him to someone on the forum. I've been thinking about a tuxedo urchin but I've never had one. Did you like yours? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  19. Aww! I've been considering another smaller urchin at some point, but most of the tank I'd put it in is pretty much all live rock and almost zero sandy space on the bottom so I'm not sure yet. I love the sweet hat lol, that urchin is absolutely gorgeous! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  20. Love the pea puffers! Your girlfriend sounds a lot like myself lol, you've definitely come to the right place! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  21. Yikes I've lost count lol. I think I've probably spend less than a lot of people though, I'm pretty good at finding stuff on Craigslist, Offer Up, etc so most of what I have is used except the corals/anenomes. Even then I try to find good deals if I can! That way I hear my husband complain less lol. I've had planted freshwater tanks since I was 11 and have only had saltwater a few years now and I can't imagine not having saltwater now so the $$ spent is ALWAYS worth it imo. 22. I agree! I was there yesterday and her tanks are AMAZING! She's an amazing person too I'm thinking of going for the Ocean Revives myself when the lights I have are done for. And like someone mentioned above there's a good chance you can find some used ones on this forum for a great price! I recently traded for some lights on this forum, I'm so happy I found this place and I'm sure you will be too! I've been a member for a few months and just found out you can be a supporting member (a bit embarrassed I didn't know this lol) so I'll take care of that part lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  23. Just curious for now but do you do things like a canopy for tanks? I may be looking soon to have one built for my 55 gallon, a canopy that will hold my lights but I'm not positive I want to do it yet Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  24. Yep that's what I said, I get mine at Wilco and Coastal. Cheap too, like 25 cents Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
  25. Awesome! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G360AZ using Tapatalk
