  1. I'd love to see feedback on this thread as I'm looking at doing the same thing. Have never used a biopellet reactor before. Sent from my SM-G925T using Tapatalk

  3. Purchased in December from Bulk Reef Supply and never used. Upgraded to the Dc12000 model. Will return to BRS this week if there's no interest here but thought I would check locally first. Selling for $215 Retails for $249.99 so you get $35 off. 6. Hi Jorge! I would love that piece on the front left. Could pickup tomorrow morning. Pm Sent.
  7. Anyone else want in?? We can add another 48lbs but must be placed this week. Let me know!
  8. PM sent to the group just now. Order placed! 48lbs was ordered but i can order another 48lbs if people decide they want more as long as it's placed by this Sunday (the cut off).
  9. Hi All, I'm planning to place the order by this Wednesday (2/17) unless i receive all deposits before then. Since the order will cost $250 for 48lbs, i'm going to ask that everyone send me a PayPal for the amount they want to purchase. We can true up upon pickup if you want more or less. Unfortunately, the order can only be placed in increments of 48lbs so unless we want to order 96lbs for $500, i'm going to limit it to the 48lbs across the group. Here is the breakdown of costs: 48lbs @ $250 = $5.20lbs (http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/live-pukani-rock-air-ships-directly-from-fiji-48-pounds-walt-smith.html) Zwickm: 14lbs = $72.80 Optimusprime3605: 5lbs = $26 Emerald525: 8lbs = $41.60 Bevo5: 8lbs = $41.60 Flashy Fins: 8lbs = $41.60 Spectra: 5lbs = $26 My PayPal email is: zwickmichael@gmail.com If anyone decided they don't want to order, no worries, just let me know. If you want to change the amount i have you listed for, that is ok too, message me. When the rock arrives, i will immediately place it in a container that is heated, has light and saltwater. You will be able to come pick it up from my home address in SW Portland anytime. The address will be PM'd to everyone once you confirm your order with me. Thanks, Mike
  10. I'm definitely going to need a step stool now lol! It's 48"L x 24" D x 31" T. I'll post a layout of the lighting when I'm. But it'll be 2 x Hydra 26 in the back, 3 x 48" T5 in the middle and another 2 x Hydra 26 in the front. All LEDs will be centered to each 24" half of the tank. Is the club par meter still floating around somewhere? I've never measured that and probably should! I absolutely love the Hydra 26's!! Half the price of Radions and just as good, imo
  11. Well, it's a 150 gallon build now.... Couldn't resist the taller tank with the same footprint for about the same price new :-D Would anyone see a concern with Hydra 26 and 48" T5 lighting being sufficient to reach the bottom of a 31" deep tank?
  12. There's always more money to spend on this hobby. It's never ending!
  13. Yes, all the colored pvc fits the gray schedule 80 fittings. They're just thicker material but same inner diameter as schedule 40.
  14. Yep, bulk reef supply! They have a variety of colors. Solid stuff too! How'd you hear about the sale this weekend?! That's great!
  15. I've never been so excited about plumbing before lol!
  16. The plumbing has arrived!!! I went with green pvc to match the trigger systems emerald sump. All fittings are schedule 80 and there are 5 Cepex ball valves to run reactors, etc. off the main return line. Also have two Spears True Union Check valves for the return and two gate valves to fine tune the bean animal overflow. I took the advice to add a crazy amount of unions :-)
  17. You're probably right about that. It would be pretty crowded. :-)
  18. Hi JR - it's not too late! The rock is very porus, which is why it's ideal from a biological capacity standpoint, so that amount would probably be plenty. I'll reach back out before placing the order. Thanks!
  19. Your last picture - is that a controller or regulator?
