Mine was due to lighting (6 bulb T5), moved it to the sump which has cheap ZooMed LED lights and lower flow. Now it's coming back.

Got my letter this weekend and also changed banks. Our bank, Chase, actually got hacked a few months ago.

What are you wanting for what's left?

What if we can get everything spoken for except the tank? Lol. If it happens by any chance let me know.

I thought so but was thinking you had them before you posted that, thought you were looking at downgrading. Someone was just asking me about them the other day.

I've heard of some people putting the whole unit into a tub of hot water.

I haven't paid yet but IMO I've helped and done more good then some of the Paid members. Just because someone pays for their membership doesn't make them any better then anyone else.

If you can find a used one for a really good price it would be a nice "just in case" thing to have, or once you upgrade to a bigger tank or move out it would be one less thing to buy. But again unless you find a really good deal I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Ok, I know fish and corals get shipped across the country all the time, I just worry about the little guys lol. If anything I would prob be getting coral anyways, they can handle being bagged longer a little better anyways right?

Maybe see if you could rent/ borrow one from someone.

I had one for a while but quickly cleaned what he could and wouldn't eat pellets or nori, sadly I wasn't able to get him out of my tank before he died.

Have you tried any LFS for used units? Where are you located?

I actually got my new pumps in and the 850s and 1150s are drying out in a bucket. I'll post a pic in just a minute from Tapatalk.

Can I buy just the lights from you for that price?

Ok so I have decided to just stick with my current tank due to car repairs using up tank funds. I got my new RW's and now my Hydor Koralias are for sale, 2x 1150s, 2x 850s, the Smart Wave controller might be spoken for by a friend will let you know if you want. If anyone cares I have boxes for the 1150s and the Smart Wave. If they don't sell I'll just use them for my mixing barrels.

I really need to make my way up there sometime, my LFS doesn't do much SPS.

I feel lucky the highest I've seen my TDS going in is 23 and my normal water pressure from my washer "Y" is 90 PSI at my RO/DI unit. I haven't changed my filters in prob over a year, I really should check my membrane tho, TDS coming out is still 0. I refill my 5 gal top off every 3-4 days and around 500 gallons in WCs, so roughly 1000 gallons a year. My LFS charges $.50/gal for RO/DI $1/gal for Mixed Saltwater I bought the unit used and put all new filters and membrane in it, about $100 total. I also rent my place so I don't pay for water So I've save about $400 with my RO/DI unit, and that's just in FW.

This is the one thing I dislike about Zoas, there are so many variations and names for them.

I'm actually not up that way very often, I live in Stayton. Might be able to talk my wife into a trip to Cuttle fish and corals next weekend. I'll have to let you know later on in the week tho. Another possibility would be if you could meet her in Woodburn, she works at one of the outlet stores, and I could just pack up some in the morning for her to take.

I actually do a lot of night viewing, and I have noticed free floating Plankton or copepods all over. I also do not use a sock, I do have a sponge on the exit of my overflow tube in the sump, and have not done a water change is a while. My sump is also setup with my fuge chamber just before the return pump.

oh ok gotcha, what about a lawn mower blenny? They usually don't need a lot of room.
