Welcome! This club holds monthly meetings.... there will be plenty of opportunity to meet up. Next month is a first annual Oregon Reef Expo. That would be a great opportunity for you meet local reefers and vendors. There will be some amazing coral there for sale as well!!

just suck it up and buy the inTank basket... you will not be disappointed. I have gotten those for 3 different tanks. All of them fit perfectly. The water flows 100% through the basket. 2 of the tanks were JBJs...

I did this to a couple hundred pounds of rock on the side of my house. You want to do it outside.... between the bleach and the fumes from the acid... yeah... outside! It works like a champ!! but definitely is a process and takes some time. You will want to make sure that your rock is well rinsed after the bleaching. The fumes from the bleach/acid combo are really nasty.

That sounds awesome Jermey! Heck i wish i had room to store your boat for ya. I have done one boat paint job before..... was a lot of work, but man it was fun and it turned out friggin awesome (cause i was just the extra set of hands)..... love the 'artwork' Bert!! Great idea. Bret and I have been collecting parts for our build out for the last year almost. it certainly can get overwhelming when you think about all the stuff you have to do at once! Looking forward to seeing updates!

LOL thanks Kim.... I love taking photos.... always is... just like reefing and many other things in life.... a constant learning experience!
