Vortechs Customer service is AWESOME!!! I have been running 2 MP20 for nearly 14 months without an issue-AFTER I found out my 20's had an issue during production that kept them freezing up. I contacted Vortech, emailed a few pics of the wet side, the rep said I was in luck normally they had the replacement parts I needed but did not at that time so....... He mailed me 2 brand new wet sides, free of charge no questions asked. So now if I can get 2 motors, I can run 4 20's in my 75 gallon-LMOA

I do. I just switched the 14K phoenix-Yes that's right MR. Ebay and his plusrite bulbs sprung for a name brand. And I can explain... Anyway the 14K bulbs are more blue than any 20K I have seen and used plus that is the look I want. I mailed the 2-20K XM bulbs that arrived Saturday back-Sorry Drfoster.... Anyway my corals pop and am grateful that I was at Franks and saw his 150 MH 14K phoenix-I could not believe it was 14K. BEST thing I have EVER added to my tank

MP 40 for sure and buy two if you get a better deal-With a 120 ON THE HORIZON,NO MATTER HOW FAR OFF, YOU WILL WANT A SECOND mp40 FOR THAT TANK- i HAVE 2-mp20'S IN MY 75 GALLON-SAME FOOTPRINT AS YOUR 55. pOINT BEING, (OOPS) hate caps lock, if 1 mp20 for a 75 is not enough, 1 mp40 in a 120 wont be enough-it CAN work, but you wont be happy-IMO As you can tell I hunt and peck-I have to look at the keyboard-LOL

+1 for Salifert-have not used Elos, but may try if the price point beats salifert-only because Salifert has never done me wrong-and if it isn't broken, I'm not paying more to experiment-LOL +1 for Fleabay-also, there are quite a few stores that will match prices online.
