Well last night when I was doing a water change, the water blew down on him when it got low and blew him out again. The good thing is that when I went to get him with waving my hand in the water to blow him off the bottem to grab him, he was weighted at the bottom alot now. So guess he will never realy stick to the tile for say as I think he is just growing hard base. I guess if it get a calcified base on him I will just glue that down. I will have to try and turn him over and get a pic.

I thought I would just show what I have been trying to do with my Bubblecoral that went bad. It wasent in good condition when I bought the guy and found that my water got low on Alk. So it started to fall apart and I had three little bubblecorals blowing around in my tank like beachballs. After fighting with trying to keep them in a low curent spot in my DT for a month, with no success and frag tank not ready, I had to do something else. So I thought, ok I have to cage them up if there ever going to have a chance to stick to something. So I build some cages with hopes of keeping them from moving from curent and worst critters. I glued some cutup fake brick faceing stuff in the shape of little bowls in hopping that they would stick to the bottem tile for glueing back in my DT. The pic's show 2 left that are doing well. I did have a couple problems with snails getting under the eggcrate and dislogging them and haveing to start over. I am not sure yet if there have a way to stick to the tile with kinda sort of a foot or they just start to make a coral base that just weights them down.

My Devil decided to self frag most his fingers for me, (for what reason I don't know yet) and I have about 18 of these I need to trade or sell. I mostly just want to trade for stuff I don't have but if you want to buy five bucks will do, and you might have to take some damm GSP as well. Let me know what you got and we can get er done.

I was thinking of getting a star, maybe something like a Marble star. The thing I am wondering is will the start wipe out all my hitchicker sponges? I kinda like em being that they have some nice colors like green yellow and blue, but the blue one is just realing starting to work its way around in the tank.

I was so cheep I just used car buffing compounds for my frag tank. Started with gritty compounds then went to the polish stuff. Not sure if its tank safe so I washed it real well. You could still see the real big scraches if you look real hard but it was just a frag tank so I was happy.(rock2)

Mine has done that a few times. I think its kinda the norm and might be what it does before it splits. Sure makes you want to stick your finger in there and pop it like its bubblegum.

Maybe we sould do like the realestate people do and all pack into one or two cars and go tour everyone's tanks. I am sure my wife would just love to hear (your bring how many strangers into our house?)

Sorry for the loss of your clam. They are a nice criter to have but there hard to keep sometimes. My clam is one of the nicest items in the tank and the most I have spent on one item. Well so far anyways.

My day might free up about that time Matt. I will call sometime in the morning to see how things are going. I have a little ford Ranger truck and some tubs if needed, and live close to salmon creek as well.

Ok I had to go find all the pics of the other site I was posting on being I seem to have lost them pics on my HD that had a meltdown. I am not going to make it long with talking about every pic, just going to throw out the pics in order I hope. This all stated about a year and half ago with my old 55gl that was just well a bad hobo build and run for about 8 years.
