Looks awesome!

SuncrestReef
I have always loved these tables. There are so many YouTube videos of people making them, but I've never done it or known anyone personally who has. Nice work! What are the dimensions? pdxmonkeyboy
Its 24 x 58 or so. It is not THAT hard to do but like most things the videos make it look easier than it actually is. Getting the slabs flat and accounting for warpage due to different moisture levels when you pour the epoxy is not fun. This was a test project before doing a walnut dinner table.

Flash21
Very Nice! I did our kitchen table in 2 part, after a year the wet look was bugging the hell out of us. Last weekend I did some reworking. If you ever wanna look into a good product. Check out odies oil! pdxmonkeyboy
Yeah i am not a wet look guy either. I had to topcoat this as juniper is really really soft. I just finish sanded it and buffed it. It is just above satin at this point. Thanks for the oil recomendation!
Flash21
Yes I did the same thing...the oil you can apply to 2 part as well after cure.
Flash21
This is an After pic. The WET look is ugly in my opinion. Mine was a glu lam that was cut into 2” thick slabs... That oil over Black Walnut is awesome!!!
