I just added the T5 hybrid with my XR30s and highly recommend. Adding another XR15 isn’t going to do anything for the shading that T5 will eliminate

I’d try soaking in citric acid or vinegar for a little while, then try running it again. I found that those pumps had a pretty short life regardless of how well I maintained them unfortunately

Pretty sure only local option asap is build your own from Home Depot parts. Not recommended. I’m pretty happy with my DD kit. Amazon prime will get it to you pretty quick.

I’ve got this one. Established and colored up. Starting to branch in multiple spots. About 3.5” tall. I’d be up for an acro trade or OME frag. Been looking for a reason to come see the new shop anyway!

I just switched too! That might explain all those swollen magnets back in the day from some of my return pumps. I bought the brs stuff, so good to hear it’s all pretty much the same

I do exactly what Cody does, with one additional safety of the solenoid being plugged into a timer that comes on for 15 minutes four times a day. I do that mainly so that my ro runs for at least a couple minutes to clear out the filters each time it operates.

That’s sounds fishy to me. Like one of those influencers that expects free hotel stays and such. They should be getting their money from advertising, not charging you to review your product. In fact, as I typed that, it made me wonder how they could possible pass it off as an unbiased review if they left it to you to decide how much of a “tip” to give on top of their fee.

I'm going to fill the entire tank with bleach water, stick this to the back of the tank and just call it a day.

I just added the aquatic life T5 hybrid, and added two coral plus and two blue plus to my Radions on AB+. It is much whiter than without. I want to like it, but I may change out the coral plus and go all blue plus. I think that’s what I did awhile back with Kessils and T5

I bought the end caps, so was able to route both out the back and come down with single cord bundle. I’m very impressed with the quality and the aesthetics.

Big shout out to Erin out at All Things Aquarium. I picked up some beautiful mini colonies of SPS. His SPS tanks are growing so fast he can't keep them inside the tanks!
