These are pics of a couple things I got today. Not pictured are some nassarius snails (we all know what those are) and my frag of 11 heads of Bam Bam zoas that are pissed and not open yet but they look sweet! I would have got more corals, but I am on a limited hobby allowance per (wife). There are a lot of really cool pieces there as well as fish and inverts. I did not take any pics of the store at all to share. Yellow Tang Pokerstar Montipora - With just actinics, the base is a blue/purple color and the polyps are green...with my daylights on, the color doesn't stand out as much.

I went to OIAB this morning right when they opened and I got some KILLER deals! Thank you for all your help Robert, Coz, and Jesse (helping out today ). Oh and it doesn't even look like the old OIAB anymore...it looks 1000 times better the way they have it set up now. Great job on the business guys and you will definately be seeing me in the future. Yeah looks like a great start. I also have been wondering for the longest time where people get power strips like those...now I know :-) Oh and in the future when you need to get those damsels out, I have an acrylic fish trap you could borrow...I got it online and used it to catch the damsels that I put in my tank to cycle it when I started lol

I saw one other person just add their location in their signature, so I followed suit. If everyone took 2 minutes to do the same, then we would have no more problems with this

I was reading some posts online about these wrasses hiding in the sand and some folks even said that theirs would disappear for weeks at a time. Maybe yours are still in your tank and just hiding for an extended period.

He came out and was very active today all day until shortly before lights out and he went back to his bed in the sand again lol. How do they breathe while they are buried?

So I just got this new fish today and it was very active all day right from the minute I put it in the tank and it even ate some frozen mysis shrimp. A little while before lights out, I noticed it was missing. I know that wrasses can jump, so I looked all around the tank but no fish. I also know they can bury themselves in the sand and so I was just going to assume that is where it went, but now I have proof! I was looking at my tank from under it in my stand and I can actually see part of the silly fish pushed up against the glass lol. I hope it doesn't stay in hiding for too long.

+1 on True Blood series. I would also suggest the TV series Dexter...forensics blood spatter analyst that doubles as a serial killer of bad guys.

Nick hooked me up with a sweet deal on a Melanarus Wrasse today and a couple other little things. He is always great with customer service and a very nice guy to deal with. THANKS NICK!

Pods are great for your tank. Not only are they a food source for some of your fish, but they eat detritus too. I have a ton of them in my tank and I even pick them out of my filter sock when I change it and throw them back in the tank. Yay for your pods!

I gotta give a shout out to Jose for the trade we made today. I was expecting your average size frag on a plug of a superman monti and a tricolor acro and instead I got HUGE frags! Jose deserves some recognition for his awesomeness (rock2)

I know these aren't anything special, but if anyone wants to trade me something for them at the meeting, let me know. I am open to whatever. Thanks! Yellow zoas frag with 5 heads. The close up is of a diff frag for reference (I could photograph it easier). Toadstool that is about 5" diameter. It has attached to a rock via the toothpick (skewer in this case lol) method, but I havent taken the skewer out yet...want to make sure it is attached really well. It has been skewered for about 3 weeks. Finger leather that I just don't want anymore...I have a handful of "finger" frags now that I think I will just watch grow. Zoas...the green ones grow super fast and there is one rock with green and the pink on it. I also have a few frags of just pink and one that is a plug with just green. One of the pink frags has about 9 heads and then there are a few plugs I have with 3-4 heads each. Green striped mushrooms. I have a few frag rocks that have 1-3 mushrooms on each of them.
