  1. Hey clay....aren't we going to Garrets this week? I can haul it up that far for someone!
  2. Canister filters used in the saltwater hobby for filtration. However, they make great carbon reactors.
  3. Jbj auto top off's and the cheap mechanical ato's too!
  4. I have the 49 gallon version or baby brother reef tank and it is a favorite with us and others who see it. They dont take up much space and give a ton of demension. The stand that comes with it it REALLY nice. It has a hinged ,smoked glass door in the front to conceal the sump. factory cut-outs to run plumbing etc. If i didn't already have 4 tanks going or a 6 foot tall cylinder set up across the room from my corner tank, I would be all over this one! We talked about setting my 49g up above it as a display refugium....how sick would that be?!
  5. Ryan, it's not drilled, but its thick glass and shouldn't be a problem. Clay and I are headed north tonight and can deliver it if you want it! ( he's tatoo'ing and doesn't get to the forum much during the day, just wanted to answer asap for ya)
  6. Home page looks, works great now! yes, too much red IMO. Great job jay and Mark!
  7. Looks like a packed house in the last photo! Did you watch the BCS game there too?
  8. Hmmmmm. Snow board trip or dancing for dollars at Beth and Kim's place. I can always go boarding right?
  9. Singles? Will there be dancing?
  10. What if we just met at Dave's (barlycuda) clown breeding house and drank beer every couple weeks?
  11. Welcome Fred! +1 above. I have central heat/ac and dont run a chiller ( 4 tanks), but we do have over 100 degree weeks up here. Coral supply comes from L.A. or Florida or trans shipped for our suppliers/wholesalers/LFS. Most shops here are also sponsors here at PNWMAS and all have a great variety of corals from frags to colonies. I have been to wholesalers in the L.A. and SanDiego area and we have a great variety and price here. It's a great group here and if you have a sense of humor, you will fit right in! Tank tour at your place when it's up and running
  12. I have had it happen a few times with a 49g tank. Several 20% water changes ( 2 a day for 2 days ) and all was ok each time.

  14. HELLO! It's great that you are following in Dad's footsteps. Garrett ,Premium Aquarium, followed in his dad's shadows and is an AMAZING reefer and a great guy. I'm sure you are on the right path with dad and here on the forum. I like the screen name, catchy....
  15. Is it a Video only or 30g music also?
  16. Beckie, go to tools and modify your page setup
  17. Its hard to tell from the pic, but if you were to install a 20g fuge above and to the right of the sump, re-route the overflows into the fuge and instal a return from fuge to sump, that might work for you. remeber to add a good light for the macro and take the rubble you have in the sump and place it in the fuge.
