+1 vineger. Install a manual float valve so you can tap into it when filling. If not you will over fill it all the time. Keep it somewhere where you can make a small mess and clean up easy.

UPDATE: 4 battery air pumps , a stoked fireplace and the " pour the pitcher " technique at the 4 hour mark and everything looks great , my wife says, after the power came on. I think the Puffers and Triggers in the FOWLR will miss the bubble wall though.
