75 of them coat less then $10 to make. It's the $10,000 laser that's the kicker! They're made out of 1/4" acrylic.

I made 75 of these up this morning, and delivered them to Eric. What do you think? The lettering shows up really well in my tank! (sorry for the blurry pic).

What color is your valute cover? Gray or white? The white cover has been out of a few months now, I don't think it has changed... Randy & Epicenter, what sized tanks do you have your 250's running on? Randy, both MSX and ATB are making flow based pumps with the Askoll 1500 motor block! They rock! They are very reasonably priced too! I am going to use one for a return pump on my next tank! Brandon, sorry for hi-jacking your build thread with equipment talk...these kind of things get me excited!

The starting issue is pretty typical with the Sicce pump, esecially if it has the mesh wheel it in. Try blowing on the air tube, that will usually start it. The pin wheels start much better. They are GREAT pumps though! For optimal performance, I would do the following: 1: Upgrade to the ATB large purple pin wheel in both pumps: $30 each http://www.reefspecialty.com/Protein-Skimmers-Accessories/c21_64/p407/ATB-Sicce-Pinwheel/product_info.html 2: Upgrade to the new MSX inducers: $8 each http://www.marinesolutionsinc.com/catalog/p370/New-Sicce-intake-reducer/product_info.html 3: Upgrade the to the extended collection cup: $90 http://saltwaterconnection.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=40 It comes out to a little more then I thought it would...last time I priced this upgrade out, it was for the smaller version of your skimmer with only one pump. The upgrades on the pumps would close to DOUBLE their performance, and the extended neck would allow more dwell time so you could make full use off all of that extra air! You would be pulling 35-40 SCFH out of each pump at only 21 watts per pump! There's NOTHING that skimmer wouldn't handle!

Thats reasonable growth! The way the guy at upscales (not Travis) made it seem, was it wouldn't look much different in a year...lol Was it only 1 branch or multiple when you got it? Where did you get your frag?

Off topic, but is that an Oregon Blue Tort in the background? How long did it take to grow to that size? I have always wanted a Oregon Blue Tort, but cant bring my self to buy a tiny blue stick knowing it will probably be a tiny blue stick for a long time since everyone says they grow so slow....?

Thats a freaking HUGE tank! Congrats Brandon (and Garrett). Can you give us a run down on what you plan of lighting, flow, skimmer, sump, etc??? If you want to get the most out of that skimmer you have, let me know, I'll give you some links! It will easily handle your system with about $100 in upgrades and proper adjustment!
