  1. This is gonna be a super fun meeting! Roy's pictures are awesome and his stories are even better!
  2. Unfortunately I have no idea what is going on with this situation as I haven't been a part of any board decisions since the forum went down. I also don't know which of the board members have been or have not been involved in any decision making since it went down. I will be catching up on any information that I have missed since the site has been down assuming that I can find it. Feel free to PM me Kevin, Darryl, or anyone else who happens to have information that I know nothing about haha.
  3. Thank you everyone! I have my old screen name haha!

Just got a shipment of 150 new ones a few days ago to top off the hundreds that we already had in. It might be worth the drive to come check out the shop

  8. Thanks for coming down Thomas and Unamed Friend I am glad you picked up that piece! It has been here a long time and has gotten to be quite a nice specimen. Thanks for the awesome feedback Thomas, Kevin, and John!

  10. Thanks! Heather, you should make the drive down! I think you would like what you see on facebook even better in person Thomas, I wish I had some Derasa in but unforunately just Squamosa, Crocea, and 3 different locals of Maxima.
  11. Hello everyone! This week at TPA we have been extremely busy getting orders in and unpacked! We got in 5 different orders this week with some pretty awesome stuff filling the tanks. Check out our Facebook Page to see some iPhone pictures of a few of the awesome critters that are in the tank. Keep in mind that my photo skills are minimal and I was using a cell phone for taking the pictures. Everything looks way better in person, especially the clams lol. http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/The-Premium-Aquarium/160254574029224 Here is a list of some of the things that we got in: Monday: - Ultra Crocea, Maxima, and Squamosa clams in the 3"-4.5" size ranges. There are dozens to choose from at this point and all of them are priced really well. - Mini Red Fromia Stars. These guys moved incredibly fast so next time I order from this location I will try and get more. I have 1 or 2 left I beleive. Super bright and reef safe. - Maxi-Mini Carpet Anemones. Many different colors to choose from. There are about a dozen in. - Ultra Ricordea, Discosoma, and Rhodactis Mushroom colonies. - Assorted Ultra Zoa Colony Rocks. Each rock has roughly 150-250 polyps. They are just starting to open up and it will still be a few days before they are opened up nicely but they are starting to show their inner color now. Great time to snag an awesome deal on them before they are priced normally once opened. - Tank Raised ~3-3.5" Seahorses. I believe we still have 8 of these in stock and they are at a very nice price. - Vietnamese Turbo Snails. Awesome, smaller turbo snails from warmer waters. These guys tend to hold up well and destroy algae. - Quite a few other random items. Wednesday: - Mexican Invertebrates including: Mexican Turbo Snails, Nassarius Sand Sifting Snails, Cerith Sand Sifting Snails, Nerite Snails(very nice shell patterns), Coraline covered Margarita Snails, Black Margarita Snails, and Red Moon Snails. Large order this go around so there are plenty of CUC items available at great prices. Quantity discounts available. - Atlantic Invertebrates including: Astrea Snails and Blue Leg Hermit Crabs. Lots of both of these critters. Thursday: - Local Tank Raised Ocellaris Clownfish. These guy are super bright, super active, hearty eaters, and are hosting many varieties of anemone like crazy. They are priced very nicely and are a real good size. Friday: - LA wholesale order with fish and inverts from all over the world. We got a nice showing of Hawaii in this order including some really nice yellow tangs in two different sizes, Potters Angel, Flame Hawk, Powder Blue Tang, African Gold Midas Blennys, A very nice Aussie Scott's Fairy Wrasse, Tank Raise Black and White Ocellaris and normal Ocellaris clowns, Sri Lankan Fire and Cleaner Shrimp, Spider Conchs, Tiger Conchs, McCoskers Flasher Wrasses, Dragon Slugs, Brite Purple Nudibranchs, Nice sized Yellow Filter Feeding Cucumbers, Cultured Ultra Colored Maxima Clams(small but pack some crazy patterns and colors), and tons more. - Local Supplier- Stocked up on more Atlantic Inverts including nice sized Emerald Crabs and Peppermint Shrimp. Some nice Nudibranch varieties as well as a few other goodies for the tanks were also snagged. Loaded up on lots of Frozen and Refrigerated Foods including a fresh batch of Live Tigger Pods(been selling out fast lately on these guys) - Corals and Tahitian Ultra Clams. These Clams are awesome! Great color, size, pattern. They stand out from across the room. This weekend and next week are going to be really great times to stop by TPA! There is just so much diversity in the tanks to look through and some really nice stuff not often seen.
  12. Thanks Aaron! We are always impressed at how quickly Bali Monsters can destroy algae. It was great having you by and let me know if we can help with anything
  13. Thanks for the shout out Chris! Yah, we got some really nice clams in yesterday. I wanted to wait to take some pictures for a bit until they all had a chance to happy up. They are looking pretty nice and it's only about 26 hours after being unpacked! As Jesse mentioned, I snapped a couple of quick shots and tossed them on facebook last night but will have to get more up soon(like us on facebook to see updates often). Also got in some real nice zoas, maxi mini carpets, and mushroom rocks with that order. They are also still opening up.
  14. I have 2 BNIB Biocubes and one used biocube that has all of the InTank add ons that come with it. Great prices too! PM me if interested.
  15. Taylor, mention the credit to Roger when you are in and he will look it up. Surprisingly, we sold tons of corals yesterday but no clams. All 4 are still there
  16. For my last big personal tank, I think my "budget" If you can call it that, was around $100-$1000 per week on average(dependant heavily upon bonus season and coral shipments). There were some pretty cheap weeks in there and some pretty spendy weeks in there. I think the most I spent in one week was probably about $3000. I would say during my conservative period of reef keeping, I was down to about $150 per week average. NOW things get a bit more interesting when it comes to a shopping budget. I love how it went from how many frags I can afford, to how many colonies I can afford, to how many boxes I can afford, to how many order locations I can afford to bring in from lol. I wonder what the next logical step would be?
  17. Congratulations!! Awesome name Isla is what we named our daughter just over a year ago. Sleepless nights are sweet when you get to look at that little angel grow.
  18. I am afraid to list my budget
  19. Come in and check out the new $5, $10, $15, and $20 coral sections at TPA. There will literally be hundreds of corals to choose from in these sections and today, Roger and I are making sure that there is an incredible variety. On top of the great prices, these corals will all be Mix and Matach, Buy 3 Get One FREE(of equal or lesser value)! We have only 4 Crocea Clams left and they are looking awesome. This weekend only, they will be priced at $50-$55 each!!! There are tons of great full size colonies of all different kinds of corals available. If you haven't been by the shop in a while, I encourage you to come take a look over the next couple of weeks
  20. Looking really nice Frank! The color and growth difference is pretty incredible. I like it.
  21. Still stocked to the brim Even more coming in on Monday.
