  1. I use these, they fit on my metal shelving. I put a bulkhead in it and reduced it down to a 1/4" push fitting that accepts the hose from my RO/DI. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001B1C4G0/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1454274117&sr=8-3π=SY200_QL40&keywords=rubbermaid+tote&dpPl=1&dpID=41uT2oDRwFL&ref=plSrch Not as large as the one you are looking at but might work if you can't find those.
  2. Here's a video too, my gawdd that music is terrible! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2tlRQ411-RE
  3. My guess would be fighting, probably 2 males. Here is a little info http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?/topic/379551-pompom-crab/ If you google "Pom Pom crabs fighting" it seems to be pretty common with them.
  4. The support is one of the best things about Neptune, they also have a huge forum that you can find answers to most any issue. No phone needed, wireless internet is all you need but you can hard wire it via Ethernet if you want. You will need a wireless Ethernet adapter but that's about it.
  5. They allow you to control the gyre through a controller like an Apex. Pretty cool, kinda like the WXM for the Vortechs.
  6. So I bought these used not realizing that they are specific to the pump size, these won't work for my Xf130. One left $75 Thanks.
  7. I have a 75g stand, it's 48 wide but 18 deep. You are welcome to it for free.
  8. Might be these http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2005-01/rs/
  9. All are pending. Will update if they fall through.
  10. I decided that these are just to much flow for my tank so I went a different route. Both pumps are wireless and in good shape but like all Mp's are not the quietest ever. I am going to ask $120 for each Mp40 and $100 for the WXM module, if someone wants all, I will sell as a package for $300! I will post pictures and Man. dates this evening after work. Thanks.
  11. I just added a gyre to my tank, very nice pump! My tank is a 50g cube so I mounted it vertical on the back wall, the flow is very natural and every inch of the tank is covered. I was using 2 Mp40's which I still like, but they were kinda overkill even running them at 20%
  12. I used starboard in my office nano and I like it a lot. The only thing I would suggest would be to silicone it in, detritus will collect under it if you don't. With mine, I left a small hole in one corner that allows me to suck it out with the water change hose. My tank is only 8 gallons though so the small size allows me to get most of the gunk out that way, in a larger tank I think it would be more difficult. As far as the look goes, to me it looks like sand being that it's white but then you also get coralline growth on it so be prepared that it won't look like sand for long. I like it mostly because it offers a layer of protection for the bottom glass but still gives you the benefit of bare bottom, it's amazing how much crud builds up and how quickly, you can really see why sand beds get so nasty.
  13. Call them or shoot them an email, they have great customer service and should fix the issue quickly.
  14. To be honest I didn't really look, I was after one item. I ordered a max spect Gyre to try out. The points are definitely a plus and I think the BRS items like bulk additives are the most discounted. TheGyre was on sale for $216 so after my points I only paid $191 plus I have another $20 off to use next time.
  15. Already ordered! That $26 in rewards I forgot about came in handy!
  16. Everything sold! Thank you.
  17. Looks like $650 maybe? http://portland.craigslist.org/nco/fod/5385022796.html
  18. Thank you, nice to meet you as well. I need to make it to one of the happy hours or meetings so I can chat more.
  19. Feeder is pending to Jr. I will update if he changes his mind. Co2 is also pending to LcScott
