Knuckledragger
I have had this Australian rock in my system for a year or more. The other day I noticed these little palm tree looking things on the rock. They are about 3/16” across and and maybe that tall as well. Thank you for any assistance from the forum! It does not appear to have any hard tubes though. When they are closed they look like little bumps on the rock.

I would try to remove them if possible, they will eventually take over other coral.

Any thoughts on keeping it or should I consider it a pest and get rid of it?

Knuckledragger
I will keep an eye on them and keep them in check with kalkwasser paste if need be. Odd that they just popped up after so long with the rock being in there. Thanks to everyone for the input. I appreciate it!

I fragged the zoas and “scrubbed” them. Seem happy today so far… Edited April 11, 2022 by Pennywise
