I have been thinking the same. Maybe as a grow out tank..I think it would be alot more stable and the ammonia dosing would be safer without fish but may kill off some inverts. 🤔🤔🤔 should I? 🤣

i would say if you're only gone for a week, you should be fine without feeding, i would monitor just the ato and heaters. im in vancouver and can possibly do a check it.

I've usually used superglue . Thick and thin. Sometimes I'll use epoxy sticks for heavier places. I havent used the cements but I've seen some good ones. I usually finished with thick glue and just added dry sand over the top to hide crevices or epoxy.

That's some rapid changes. Be a little Careful and not bottom out. Fast approaches usually have bad result later. But that's what I have experienced anyway. Hope it all goes well 🤙 -
I would say yes. But if it just a emergency,I would maybe go 3/4 with a uniseal instead of another bulkhead.
