What's the best placement for a chalice and scans? I see them on the bottomed of a lot of tanks. I'm trying to get these all placed to fill in a 90 gal. Don't really want everything on the bottom. I guess I can not glue the plugs and go from there

So im about to put some frags on my tank. I've had them for a month on a rack. Got a couple chalices, scans, blastos, and favia. I want to place them where they can grow but also touch as the get bigger. What corals really.need to be solo and way is not a big deal if they are close?

2 family tickets for Barrier Reef Aquariums. Thanks -
Nothing has changed as far as lights, maintenance, or filtration. Everything else is growing and opening up with the exception of a cristata that always looks good, just have never grown. I have zoas, scans, mushrooms and even a devil's hand that is growing like a weed

So I've had a real deep green toadstool almost a year now. Its done real well for the first few months and grew to be bigger than a golf ball. Over the last few months it has shrank down to the size of a small marble. The tentacles still come out a bit. Its not slugging off and shedding. Is this the normal course of dying? Water is 435 cal, 8.5 all, 4 nitrate, almost zero phosphate.

Nope not going to dicker with it. If I can't connect and solder it back, I will just use the blues. Thanks for the info tho. Glad to get that before I burned them up
-
Yup, thank you. I've ordered it and will see when it gets here
-
Very true. I thought of that. Would it be unwise to just wire the white LEDs to the one good driver?
-
Just the one and when I swapped wires to be sure it was not leds they all lit up, just on with this driver

I've Google's the crap out of it. Nothing, but I get close. I'll check out an electronics store , that's a good thought. Thanks.
-
Its chinese. I've tried, no luck.
-
Can anyone with electronic knowledge help me find a replacement led driver? Not sure how this works with all the variety out there. This is what I have that needs replaced.

Don't extenders cut the signal strength in half though?

Trying to figure out the name of these two. Wife came home with them today. Have to tell her to stop one of these days, but I dig her paying for them. Makes it harder for her to complain when I get my indo torch.

I've had a pair of mollies for a year now. The first time they had babies I saw one in my sump and one in my overflow. Still have one in the sump this next pair should be done this weekend and will go into a different tank
-
Not me. I've never had one survive dropping in, or a single day of acclimating. Have any babies with yours?
-
Yup, definitely worth the cost if someone wanted them. I know some think it's going backwards to freshwater fish, but they do a good job and it's unusual to see them in a salt tank. I've have found they are less stressed if I spend a week or more acclimating. I've even had babies from my pair but they get eaten with a few days
-
I did this with mollies and some guppies. They are awesome at it. I'm currently acclimating more.

Is a pressure pump needed in most cases?
