Does anyone have any chloroquine phosphate they can spare? I have some left but not enough to dose my whole tank. Terry is out and its impossible to get online right now because of people swallowing it as some kind of covid treatment.
Thank you!

I am in urgent need of some chlroquine phosphate and i dont have enough left to treat my tank. Seahorse is out, and trying to find it online is a nightmare because of all the mentally challanged people taking it for covid.
Thank you.

He is a single shingle guy, I talked to him about it and he was legitimately devastated. It happens I suppose. This is really just a result of too many irons in the fire. The QT tanks have been a little neglected as I have spent every spare minute working on getting the DT up and running.
I did get all the new circuits run (Four). Mounted all my apex energy bars and started to solder up the USB cords to connect everything. It is nice having all the plumbing done that is for sure. Once I get all the apex connected I can get my ATO programmed and up and running and put my fish in there. Hopefully this weekend.
I still have to reconfigure my closed loop outlets and move some rock work around.

what brand of chiller is it? Some chillers are simply garbage (eco plus comes to mind). I have used, wore out, and broke about 12 different chillers in the past 10 years (not aquariums). By far one of the best chillers are the Penguins.. https://www.penguinchillers.com/product-category/water-chillers/
This guy started out be simply re purposing window AC to function as chillers but he has an excellent heat exchanger design and these things CHILL and chill RAPIDLY. We ran his 1/2hp chillers on 200 gallons of water in 85 degree ambient temperature and kept the water at 68 degrees.

Spectra does a top notch job and can hook you up with a powdercoater.

Tall tanks are not a problem, they just have to be built large enough that you can actually lay across the top of them to get your arm into the middle of the tank.

What is wrong with it? Typically, chiller and small air conditioning units can not be "serviced" (if they are lacking coolant) as the refrigerant loop is closed and does not have a port for filling. If you are really dying to have it serviced and cleaned, I would search craigslist for dehumidifiers. There is an old guy on their that buys old dehumidifiers and cleans and services them and sells them. A chiller, air conditioner and dehumidifier are all basically the same things. (Cooling through phase change of liquid to gas).

No, I did not change him to "Problem Child" whatever he might tell you 😀
This was probably auto-generated when I linked my "tank build" link to the church of satan. LOLOLOLOLO

Hey Micah.. I have a metric crap ton of canisters like that. I know I have a big double one that is 1/2". I will check tonight

36" deep tank is really really nice. Bill, what is in the way of a bigger tank? You buy the beer, I will bring a sledge hammer and a sawzall. Anything that stands in front of a dream tank can be addressed with these two tools..well, and a shop vac.
Hell, I removed a load bearing wall, two circuits, and copper plumbing for my current tank

Devastated. I thought my acans would make it.. they smell like rotting garbage, they are toast.
-
Unbeknownst to me, the contractor I hired to install a new panel apparently knocked my heater off the shelf adjacent to the panels location. OK, no big deal..but the temperature sensor got knocked out of the tank. Came home wens night and the tank was GREY. [language filter]? The water was about 120. It was literally hot tub temperature.
I lost EVERYTHING. Acros, montis, torches, euphelia, and my top shelve acans. EVERYTHING.

The source of your water is divided into districts.. Each district is required by law to provide annual water quality reports. Here is the washington county district breakdown. https://www.co.washington.or.us/AssessmentTaxation/Elections/water-districts.cfm

Is that top row of boards directly above the tank removable to allow access into the tank? The one on the top left looks like it's sticking out just a bit.
That row is sticking out, it acts as a vallance for the tank so you dont see the water line. There is a 2 foot tall, 8 foot long "door" above the tank to allow access.
