I just wanted to mention my experience with this this online company. I ordered an Eshopps sump and ATO container as well as a Maxspect Gyre 150 wavemaker. The ATO had a small leak so I emailed them to see if they would exchange. They immediately called eshopps, who then called me, and are shipping me a new one ASAP. Nice right?
Well unfortunately my gyre is having issues also. So yesterday I emailed again and said sorry to be a pain but...
They reached out to the manufacturer and I had an email in my inbox this morning.
Even tho everything isn't resolved yet, I have to say what great customer service I have gotten. I sure appreciate it!
