its definatley not a snail and I would really doubt a crab. The zoas missing could be a box snail but from what ive heard you would really know if you had one of those as they would decimate a 15 polyp frag within a day. My guess would be water flow. If a coral gets pissed enough you can loose polyps overnight. They can just melt completley away. I dont think it would be a preditor just due to the fact that acans are a really noxcious coral and not very apealing as snacks. I have seen my acans try and eat hermits before lol shell and all before the hermit squirmed away. Have you moved the acan somewere else in the tank? Checked your params?

Yo gil Im stoked for ya Gil! I got my mystery from G man as well. Ive had him for 2 years now and he is HUGE and a reel tubo! lol If you want to get his color to really pop use some marine max for awhile, you will be amazed at how bright he will get! Also a word of advice, be very carful of adding any shrimp after he has been in there awhile. They will become snacks!

BIG UP'S TO GARRETT! So went out to garrett's and came home with a load of great deals! Here's the list: 10lb bag of media, 2 jugs of carbon, some formula 2 pellets (my tangs and clowns LOVE it!), 2 filter socks, some joes juice to help out my little nudi's, a wicked looking red yuma (red with blue backing and green mouth) he still has the mother for sale! (whistle), some killer looking fiji live rock, an amazing looking jet black sea hair with neon blue spots, a tigertail, 20 astrea snails, and last but not least a sea apple! Had to take advantage of his %15 off inverts sale! I also want to give a shot out to Jon, he hooked me up with some sick lookin cali tort, some green birdsnest, and some gorilla nipples. Man, for Jon being such a big guy he sure had some tiny gorilla nipples!!! (laugh)(laugh)(clap)(clap)

I just wanted first to give a big thank you to Steve aka smann. I post a request to barrow a scratch kit and before the day is out he comes to the rescue. Everyone I have met in this hobby has been more then generous and I have enjoyed meeting every one of you! I must also say that if you havent had the privelage of checking out Steve's new tank, your missing out! It's AMAZING!!! If anyone else here has had these positive exsperiences I would love to here them!
